Hiring Process
If you decide to apply for a role with PurpleSector here’s what you can expect during the hiring process. Note that not every role will follow this process rigidly, but you can check the open roles above for more details about the hiring process for each individual role.
Application

Screening
We will let you know once we have received your application and will begin the screening process. Depending on demand this might take up to 2 weeks.
Introduction Call
You will have an introduction call where you will be briefed about the role and PurpleSector in more detail. You will be asked some initial questions to help us understand what you are looking for.
Behavioural Interview
We conduct an in depth behavioural interview with all of our candidates for the purpose of assessing whether we are the right fit for our candidate. We have a strong culture and values so this step is crucial in our process.
Technical Assessment
In this interview you will have the opportunity to meet a few more potential team members. We have tailored technical assessments for each function. Our interviewers will be on hand for the duration of the activity. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you can as sometimes this might unlock useful information.
